Before we get into the practice of healthcare, we need to know the principles. Health education combines the art and science of medicine and the principles and practice of general education. The connection can be found in social and behavioral sciences, which includes sociology, psychology and social anthropology.
Healthcare can not be "given" to another person. This includes, inter alia, the teaching, learning, and insertion of habits for a healthy lifestyle.
The definition adopted by the World Health Organization in 1969 and the Alma Ata Declaration adopted in 1978 provide a useful basis for the aims and objectives of health education, which can be described as follows:
o the health service available to a general person to promote their proper use.
o Encourage them to apply and sustain health-preserving lifestyles and practices  o Arouse interest, expand new knowledge, develop skills and change attitudes in making rational choices to solve their own problems
o Individual and encouraging community retention and participation in health promotion through individual and community involvement through each step from identifying problems to solution.
Educational Goals target a group of health professionals to target a new educational program. The goals are derived from discovered or invented health needs. They need to be carefully and clearly defined in terms of the knowledge to be acquired, the behavior to be acquired or the actions to be learned. They must be adequate to make the program appropriate and successful.
The focus of health education is on people and action. Its goal is to really improve basic quality of life. Many health education programs have a certain influence on behavior or attitudes. The consequence of these new concepts is that healthcare is an integral part of national health goals. However, the fact that effective health education can save many lives than any research discovery in the foreseeable future.
We all know that "prevention is better than healing". Healthcare provides us with our knowledge of how we can prevent the disease before it is exposed to any individual. In the US last year, more than $ 130 billion was spent on treating patients with the disease. By paying a fifth of the amount, many deaths can be prevented. The amount of surplus can be spent on another development work of society
Education in health can result in a better standard of living. Therefore, the status of a particular society will rise. Better living space, life, education, and trade make us a better man. This is especially important in developing countries where there is not enough money to treat diseases with a modern approach. It is always better to spend money on health education in order to raise the level of health awareness among the common people.
