I think the responsibility of each school's board is to promote multiculturalism in schools. This means that we adopt policies and curricula that provide education for all students that will enable them to become members of a multiethnic, multicultural society. Management boards and school leaders should strive to get students, families and staff to learn, be treated equally and share a caring environment.
During my 22 years of experience, we have developed school management and management principles for responding in different educational environments and promoting multiculturalism that can be learned in public education for others:  – All members of the school learning community must be retained , be respected and evaluated. By actively promoting this type of learning environment, the school district promotes intellectual, social and growth growth for everyone. Recognizes that diversity is not enough – the school system should also strive to celebrate the diverse appearances, abilities, perspectives and values that characterize the learning community.
– Encourage teachers and building administrators to truly become acquainted with their students and treat them as individuals. It is also important that every employee learns to correctly pronounce the names of the students and the parents.
– Attentively monitors the climate in all classrooms and school buildings. This will ensure that the diversity of opinion and cultural diversity remains and promotes.
– Keep in mind the current folk customs and customs of communication, decision-making and problem-solving in relation to ethnic and cultural groups. This includes respect for cultural differences in student participation and nonverbal behavior. Analyzing these factors helps the school district understand the coherencies of both individual students and students in a cultural and ethnic sense.
– Insist on promoting curricular elements that enable learners to actively learn from their own culture and groups.
– When selecting classroom material, make sure texts and reading materials are gender, ethnicity, and cultural neutrality for language use.
– To ensure that classroom levels are supervised, make sure teachers do not assume that all their students will recognize the cultural, literary or historical references that are familiar to most Americans and people in the big culture. Teachers should also be invited not to treat students to their demographic group spokespersons.
To serve multinational multicultural students, one of the most important principles of the school is simply the creation and maintenance of an educational environment that emphasizes the diversity of people and the diversity of views. Commitment to diversity means that we commit ourselves to the reception and support of individuals from individual groups, which includes the different characteristics of people living in the school community while teaching students critical thinking, acting wisely and working to promote common prosperity.
