Breaking American Education

"Break" is the separation of the object into two or more parts because it is under stress. Nowadays, the US education system is under extreme stress because of the overly expensive teachers who are not responsible for the left and the business community, as they do not provide students with industrial needs. This focus divides the education into two groups of students and trainers;

After the Second World War, the United States acknowledged the need to teach all its citizens. The technological development of the war has made it clear that the future requires highly qualified and technically sophisticated workers. Such findings were also reported by the American Society of Engineering Education, which was appointed in May 1952 to study the problem and prepared a report entitled "Report on the Engineering Review", known as the Grinter Report. The era of atomic energy would require more qualified staff in engineering sciences.

The results of such reports were opening the doors of universities to the growing number of Americans. The United States became the bright light of education success in the 19 th century and the sixties. Yet today, as the country joins the 21st century and the new era of technological progress, we begin to see the doors. On behalf of fiscal responsibility, Conservative administrations pay off the budget throughout the country as drastic reductions or, in many cases, eradicating education and technology. This year, the state of Florida will receive $ 1.75 billion from its education budget up to grades K to 12 and additional significant sums from its colleges. In all countries of the country, education systems are under extreme stress, doing less but less, but doing nothing.

At a time when the country desperately needs well-trained and well-trained workers, institutions that can provide them. In the years I attended education in this country, I have never seen such drastic cuts. This tension creates two separate classes in our society who have the money to gain access to education and refuse access to education thanks to these cuts. Even though these public administrations want to fund four education systems throughout the country, the United States President will begin to list all the virtues and needs that will enable a better qualified society to remain competitive in this technological world. These two forces move in the opposite direction towards each other and create the tensions that disturb our systems in two competing camps and they do not exist.

The poor, the minorities who have been exempted, will forever be excluded from the system for economics, "and there is a shortage of opportunities as schools are less educated and more selective in those students who are required by governments in these tight budget times in states like Michigan, nearly half of the state's public education systems are being conducted to achieve fiscal stability, such as this will not be long before we see the creation of a permanent sub-class that deny education forever. But this is not the only tension in the country's education system. Teachers attack the government, which appreciates the needs of educated people.

Contrary to conservative interest, the Federal Ministry of Education has started its own stress on the education system because it changes the needs of the trainers and those educational institutions that hire the trainers. In 2011, there will be rules governing the major sectors of educational systems in the country, called "earning employment". These regulations require institutions to ensure that students arriving from their programs achieve some degree of warming within two years of graduation or lose their federal funding, as a result of which institutions are eliminating programs that have been in difficulty in making full-time positions for students in the number of the Department of Education.

This also means that these institutions have started to leave the most capable teachers for recruiting the most experienced instructors. Last year, they often fought with these types of institutions for teaching security specialists. Often, the highest educator in the Criminal Justice course will be a policeman. But these individuals are often lacking in higher education institutions, which now strive to adhere to the guidelines of the education department. This is the theoretical way to increase educational needs to guarantee that the programs will be the most qualified person for the trainers so that the students can be better prepared.

This of course means that police officers have years of experience in the field and highly qualified will be excluded from these positions because they do not have a tertiary degree such as Master's and Ph.D. … This process creates any deletion structure college professors to upgrade the radical training, but did not have practical application and experience. Strangely, one of the strongest forces in creating an outstanding emphasis in the education system is part of the society that best exploits the private sphere.

As the costs of educating professionals and workers in this country have increased, the private sector has begun searching foreign countries for qualified professionals to meet their labor supply. The process of outsourcing has become a fact for American businesses. As a result, the number of students applying for technology education in the United States is decreasing, while in the Chinese and Indian countries, competition in engineering and technology education is growing. One of the most important examples of this is the Japanese nation, which was once the technology rival of the United States.

Today, the growing Japanese society has difficulty finding trained staff to perform the technology jobs that industry needs. For the last half decade, Japan was forced to hire engineers, technicians and scientists from India and China as it was not able to get enough degree to meet the needs of the country. Already in the sixties, seventies, eighties, and nineties, the United States attracted a lot more students to universities for advanced training than any other country. In recent years, this process has been reversed. Students no longer see the United States as meku's educational goals. As this process speeds up, it will be easier to provide cheaper labor in foreign countries for smaller salaries. As Jacob Kirkegaard wrote in the book "Accelerating the Fall of America in Highly-Qualified Workforce: The Effects of Immigration Policy"

[…]. US skills levels have stagnated and struggled to respond to the global peak in response to the United States having to handle highly qualified immigration within its wider foreign economic policies in order to play a global leadership in global economic acceleration. "

is politics ultimately the stress that America is announcing a two-tier education system? Will it really be a reality and not? 19459002
